UNCONDITIONAL 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
In the first 30 days of purchase (as defined below), the original purchaser may return the LaneFX system to Drivaware for a full refund of the purchase price of the system.
This unconditional guarantee is provided under the following terms and conditions:
1. Unconditional money-back guarantee applies only to products
purchased directly from LaneFX.com or through Drivaware's toll-free number (866-4-LANEFX).
2. A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") is required prior to accepting / processing a returned Product. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting Drivaware's Customer Service
Department either online or toll-free at 866-4-LANEFX.
3. All returned packages must include a valid RMA and a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Returned packages that do not reference a valid RMA number will be returned
to Purchaser and no refund will be issued.
4. Drivaware accepts unconditional customer returns under this satisfaction guarantee provided that the date of original merchandise delivery to Purchaser (as verified
by shipper's tracking information) does not precede the date at which Purchaser's return shipment arrives at Drivaware by more than 31 calendar days.
5. Returned
package must include all system components, documentation and packaging originally shipped to purchaser. Incomplete packages will be returned to sender and no refund will
be issued. Partial credit may not be issued for incomplete packages, missing components or for any other reason.
6. Drivaware
Inc. will issue a refund for a qualified returned package for the full amount indicated in the enclosed purchase invoice including the original outbound (from Drivaware to Purchaser) shipping
and handling fee. The refund amount will not include the Purchaser's cost to ship the returned merchandise to Drivaware.
7. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price of the system if the system was not installed in a vehicle as indicated
by the system's activation flags in the diagnostics screen.

Refunds will be issued within 3 weeks of returned merchandise receipt in the form of a direct credit applied to the credit card used for the initial purchase. Drivaware will issue refund credits
only to the specific credit card account originally used to make the purchase. For other forms of payment, a check will be issued in the name of the original purchaser only.
9. LaneFX systems purchased from an automotive new vehicle dealer (New Vehicle Edition) or aftermarket electronics retailers are covered by
a different and specific guarantee. Purchaser must work directly with the selling dealer to resolve satisfaction guarantees governing LaneFX New Vehicle Edition purchases.
LIMITED 120-DAY WARRANTY
Drivaware Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the LaneFX hardware, wiring harness, the pre-programmed LaneFX software (collectively "Product"), the
installation guide and owners manual documentation (collectively, "Manual") that are included with this product are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days
from the date of purchase. If the Product or the Manual is found to be defective within 120 days from the date of purchase, Drivaware Inc. agrees to replace or repair, at its sole option, free of
charge upon receipt of the defective component of the Product or Manual at its service center, postage paid, with a proof of purchase. This warranty is limited to the Product and Manual originally
provided by Drivaware Inc. This warranty shall not be applicable and shall be void if, in the judgment of Drivaware Inc.:
The product has been modified or altered in any way, including if the LaneFX unit has been opened as indicated by the internal seal on the Product,
The defect has arisen through abuse, mistreatment or neglect, including but not limited to exposure to liquids, exposure to shock beyond acceptable automotive vibrations, disconnection of wires in
the system's connectors due to excessive force or due to disconnecting the LaneFX unit by pulling the wires instead of handling the connector,
The defect was due to an attempt to operate the Product when the vehicle's main battery has low or no charge (under 5v),
The defect occurred due to improper installation,
The product was installed on any vehicle other than a highway-legal passenger motor vehicle, or
The product was rented.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO LANEFX, REPLACEMENT PARTS, AND ACCESSORIES. DRIVAWARE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED BY LAW AND ARE NOT DISCLAIMED HEREBY ARE LIMITED, TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, TO THE APPLICABLE PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, OR TO THE APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD PROVIDED BY THE APPLICABLE STATE LAW, WHICHEVER PERIOD IS SHORTER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO SOME PURCHASERS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO SOME PURCHASERS.
